My good friend, Jackie, kind of fizzled this year

But Paul is happy to say, she's getting back in gear

We all missed her camera, & the chance to have fun

But her Doc said she must stay out of the sun

Our "HAPPY HORSE DAY" was a kick and a blast!

Music & laughter, & the day went too fast

I enjoyed my part - - being led by my Terry

As I greeted humans with smiles so merry

I proudly admire all the foals born this year -

Two colts, five fillies - Each one so dear!

As most of you know, I still breed my mares

This year all natural - NO A.V., and who cares

I'm proud to say, it was because of me

That the horseman Joao met my family!

Los Acres is my home. Its a great place to be

As their family loves horses, & so good to me
